Canned Responses: How to Create and Use Them

To create a Quick Reply template you must be an admin on your Pitchbox account. Go to your “Settings” at the top of your Pitchbox screen and click “Account Settings.” On the left-hand side of your screen, select the option labeled “Quick Replies.” On the “Quick Replies” page, select the blue “New Template” button in the top right corner of your screen. Here you can write out your Quick Reply. Be sure to save it as a "Quick Reply", and not a "Global Template"!

After you have your Quick Reply template saved you can start implementing them into your email replies. When replying to an inbound email, underneath the subject line, you’ll see a drop-down menu entitled “Quick Replies.” Click the drop-down, you will see a list of your Quick Replies that you can choose from. Simply click the one you want, and it will be inserted into your reply.
