How Do I Initiate Auto-Follow Up When Sending Out my First Email?

You can initiate auto-follow-up in two different ways. First, you can do so by choosing the “Preview & Send” option in the "Compose" stage of the workflow and checking the box labeled “Auto-Follow Up Sequence” next to the Send button in the “Preview & Send” pop-up.

You can also automate the follow-up process by choosing the “Launch Automation Sequence” option, located next to the Preview & Send button.

This will start sending your emails based on the templates and email sequence you have selected for the campaign, and mark all follow-ups as automated.
