Adding Tags in Pitchbox
Using Tags in Pitchbox is a great way to organize your outreach opportunities and an easy way to quickly identify additional outreach information for an opportunity without the need to read through your communication history.
There are three different categories of ‘Tags’ available:
You can start by using some of the default tags available such as ‘Blog’, ‘Guest Post’, ‘Magazine’, ‘Resource’, ‘Review’, and ‘Sponsored’. You can also choose to create custom tags for any purpose.
Tags are especially useful if you have multiple team members working on the same project and/or campaign who may not be immediately familiar with the outreach information associated with various opportunities.
Here’s where you can add (or remove) tags in Pitchbox:
- All stages of the Workflow (Inspect, Personalize, Compose)
- Opportunity Details page.
- Pop-up from the Inbox while replying
- Opportunity Search
- Campaign Creation
