How Do I Access my Unsubscribe List?

The unsubscribe list for your account can be accessed by going to ‘Settings' > 'Email Accounts’. On the left-hand side of the screen you will see an option for the Unsubscribe page. Click this to go to your account-wide Unsubscribe list.

If you want to add an email address, click the ‘Add Emails to Unsubscribe List’ button.

This will open a new pop-up where you can type or copy & paste a list of email accounts to unsubscribe. Click the blue button when you’re finished.

Force Opt-Out at the Account Level

As an admin, you have the ability to enable Opt-out across your entire account. With this enabled, your users will not be able to un-check the Opt-out option when setting up a campaign’s template.
