Quick Replies: How to Create and Use Them
To create a Quick Reply template (also known as a canned response) you must be an admin on your Pitchbox account. Go to your 'Settings' at the top of your Pitchbox screen and click 'Email Accounts'. On the left-hand side of your screen, select the option labeled 'Global Templates'. On the 'Quick Replies' page, select the blue 'New Template' button in the top right corner of your screen. Here you can write out your Quick Reply. Be sure to save it as a 'Quick Reply' and not a 'Global Outreach Template'!
After you have your Quick Reply template saved you can start implementing them into your email replies. When replying to an inbound email, underneath the subject line, you’ll see a drop-down menu titled 'Quick Replies'. Click the drop-down, a list of your Quick Replies as well as the option to create a new quick reply will appear. Click the one you want, and it will be inserted into your reply.
